complete the slip on the right-hand side of your paper prescription and return it to us. Enclose a S.A.E. if you wish your prescription to be posted.
During the COVID19 situation we will except telephone requests. Please make sure you have the exact name and dose of the medication you are requesting as some medications have similar names.
(Under 'normal' circumstances to avoid errors and to protect your confidentiality, we do not accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.)
We require 48 hours notice to process requests, so please ensure that you order your repeat prescriptions before you run out of your medication.
Patients on repeat medication will have a medication review at least once a year. This is currently being done via a telephone consultation with our pharmacist Jiten Mistry. Jiten will ring you when your medication is due to be reviewed.
